KDDI Corp has developed a breathalyzer / cellphone combo that prevents inebriated taxi and charabanc driver in Japan from getting behind the roulette wheel . Companies that purchase the phone will require their employees to blow into the breathalyzer before getting behind the wheel . The phone then measure out how drunk ( or sober ) you are and charge the results to your company ’s computer along with a snap of the your mug and your emplacement . If you ’ve had too much sake , the phone will apprize your boss who ’ll most likely provoke your drunk ass . The phone and software package cost a combined $ 1,250 , which should n’t be too much money for a big fellowship to expend . Though for that price it ’d be squeamish if it also keep back you fromdrunk dialing .
