Being a junkrat inDig Itis a lot of fun, but just like the name suggests, you’ll find a lot of useless junk. If you’re tired of only ever selling junk, allow us to help you. We’ve scoured through all the islands and all the areas ofDig It, so you don’t have to. In this guide, we’ll tell you where the best spots are for farming treasure.

Farming spots in Dig It

Even though there are six islands in Dig It,you only really need to dig in three spots. As for the rest, they either aren’t worth it or are so inconvenient they may as well not be worth it. By farming on the following three islands, you should be able to progress fast and earn a lot of money. We’re also happy to say that these Farming spots go well with ourDig ItShovel Progression Guide.

Piratesburg (inside the cave)

If you’ve played the game for a bit, there’s a good chance you’ve visited Piratesburg. While digging treasure on the beach is all well and good, the really good treasure comes from inside the cave in the middle of the island(the one where Booger the NPC is). You can find things likeChests, Cutlasses, Diamond Rings, Crowns, and even Mythics.

If you have theIndustrial Shovel, you can easily dig up a bunch of Rare and Legendary treasures here, which will help you progress towards the later half of the game. You really don’t need to go anywhere else, nor do you need to spend money on a better shovel.Simply dig here, earn money, and work your way towards getting higher levels. We recommend you farm hereuntil you reach levels 30 – 35, after which you should move to the next best farming location.

Permafrost

Permafrost should beyour go-to farming spot when nothing else is going on.The only caveat to farming here is that you need to have a pretty good shovel and be a high enough level. We recommend youdon’t try digging around here until you find a Lunar Shovel, but it’s definitely possible without one.

When compared to all other high-level farming spots, we foundPermafrost to be the most consistent with good treasurewhile also remaining relatively easy to farm, provided you have a good Shovel, of course. The only place we think is better for farming is when an event occurs, especially the one we’re about to mention next.

Lunar Clouds [Event]

Whenever the Lunar Clouds event is happening, drop whatever you are doing and head for it.You’re probably aware that the Lunar Clouds event is where you get your Lunar Shovel, but even after getting one, there’s still a good reason to keep revisiting this event.Every Lunar Event will award you with a ton of XP and some really good treasures. The only problem is that’s is a temporary event.

What we suggest doing is farming treasure at Permafrost and, whenever the Lunar Clouds event starts, heading there until it’s over.

That’s all there is to it. Stick to the locations we mentioned above, and you should be well on your way to earning a ton of treasure and XP. If you haven’t already, check out ourDig Itcodesfor more in-game goodies.
