Retake used to be available as a game mode in CS:GO. However, it didn’t arrive with the launch of CS2. Thankfully, interested players can still duke it out in the game mode. Read on for our quick guide on how to access these CS2 Retake servers.
How to join CS2 Retake servers

Next, use the different filters such as “Slots,” “Location,” and “Map” to find a suitable server. The “Location' filter is quite useful since it helps you sort the servers by ping.
After deciding on a server, click on it and look under the “Login via Steam” button. There should be an IP address to copy there. Finally, launch CS2, open the console, and paste in that IP address. This should connect you to the CS2 Retake server and allow you to access the game mode.
