Getting hit by a 25-foot wave is like being inside a water tornado

When you get swallow by the wave of the big sea monster in the world ( also known as the grand ocean ) , there ’s not much you could do but protect your pass and hope you know which manner is up . It ’s like being trapped inside a piddle tornado . This footage , captured by pro surfer Mark Healey , demo the accurate feeling of getting hit by a gigantic wave . It ’s a brutal whirl .

Transworld Surf posted the videowhich was filmed off a GoPro attached to Healey ’s surfboard at the 2014 Mavericks Invitational . It starts off with Healey larrup around until he sees a undulation breaking too late . Healey bound off his board while the wave puts the board into a vicious spin bike where you miss track of all commission . After the plug-in come up , Healey tracks it down only to be smacked by a waving again . It ’s dizzying but gnarly to be at the mercy of Mother Nature .
