Although I ’m getting anApple deja vu here , nobody know yet why this is encounter , although there ’s sight of meditation . Explanations range from “ trying to save bandwidth ” ( very unlikely ) to “ last bit quality balk ” ( weird ) . As far as I ’m concerned , it may have been thelittle gullible men , but the fact is that there are only 13 apps up there right now . Update : A subject matter by a T - Mobile forum administrator points out that the change was planned .

I ’m not aware of the changes exactly , but it will require that you re - download any app program you may have download before that head . recall , the covering are destitute for the time being so there ’s no risk of being charged for the downloads .
