To change your name in MLBB, you need to have a Rename Card. The easiest way to get it is through the First Recharge event in the game, where it costs 50 Diamonds. However, you can only purchase one per competitive season.
Alternatively, the first time you change your name will be free. This means you won’t have to pay anything if you want to change your in-game name.

There are two ways to get a Rename Card in the game.
