Mecha Break is here! Or at least the playtest is. Here’s how to get in.
Mecha BREAK is the newest Mech-themed class shooter-type game. Players can pilot one of 13 different Strikers in a six versus six all out battle. With exhilarating land and aerial combat, Mecha BREAK is loads of fun. However, Mecha Break is currently in a somewhat closed playtest phase. But don’t worry as getting into the playtesting/beta phase is easy and here’s how to do it.

Although Twitch has some hand in getting into the Mecha BREAK playtest, you’ll mainly need to follow some steps on theMecha BREAK website.

So, first to get into the Mecha Break playtest, you’ll need to link both your Steam and Twitch accounts through the website. If you are already signed in on your device, then it should be as simple as clicking authorize.
From there, you need to provide an email to test the eligibility. Then comes the actual Twitch Drop part, where you’ll need to watch a refreshingly low total of 15 minutes of an eligible Mecha Break stream.
Then you claim the drop as you would any regularTwitch Drop. You’ll need to complete the final step and press the “Check Eligibility” button on the Mecha Break site, and then you’ll get a code.
With this Steam Code, you’ll need to head to your Steam Library, hit the “+” and “activate a product on Steam” buttons and input the code. From there all you need to do is install Mecha Break’s Playtest.
Once installed, you may jump right into the tutorial and get to the battlefield.
