You can create your own PoE2 item filter, but by far the more popular option is to install one direct from the best in the game — FilterBlade. The Neversink FilterBlade PoE2 item filter will be everything a casual player needs and more.

To install the FilterBlade item filter for PoE2:

You’re done! When you encounter rare items in the field, they’ll be highlighted with larger font and different colors. Items of lesser value will be made smaller (or won’t even appear at all)! You can toggle the item display by pressing Z.
