After you follow those steps, an animation will play that shows your card getting a bit of flair. Of course, it’s not all that simple. You’ll need to have an abundance of the card you are trying to trick out in the game.
The game itself will warn you that you’ll need to have two or more of that card left over once the Obtain Flair function has completed. That means if you need three cards to Obtain Flair, you’ll have to have a total of five before you begin.
As well, you’ll need Shinedust to complete the action. Opening packs and completing missions are a good way to gain a ton of Shinedust. Don’t worry, you won’t run out for a long time. So, once you Obtain Flair on a Pokémon TCG Pocket Card, it will have an added effect and may unlock other flair options.
