That’s all it takes to set it up. It is the sameas an offline Dynasty, with the only difference being you’ll have to invite the others once you’ve finished creating the save file.

How to accept an invite to an online Dynasty
If you aren’t the one setting it up, but you plan on joining an online Dynasty in College Football 25, it is easy to accept the invite.
When you select Dynasty from the Game Modes section, there is a Load/Accept Invite option. Simply click that and any Dynasty you have been invited to will appear for you to accept a spot in.
