Fist Bumps in Arena!
you may now fist bump with your duo in Arena. By default, the keybind to initiate this is [U].
Out-of-Game Changes
There are several out-of-game changes, including a new server in the Middle East.
Blue Essence Emporium
The Blue Essence Emporium returns once again. You can finally spend the stockpile of BE you have.
The Blue Essence Emporium starts on May 30 at 6:00 PM UTC until June 19 6:00 PM UTC.
Report Offensive Riot IDs
Players can now report inappropriate Riot IDs in champion select and in the end-of-game lobby. In champion select, this can be done by clicking the report button next to a player portrait and selecting “Inappropriate Name” in the menu.
Ranked Restriction
Apex MMR Duo Restriction is back on in LoL patch 14.11. Players not in the Chinese and Korean servers and in Grandmaster+ MMR will not be able to duo queue. Players in the Chinese and Korean servers and in Master+ MMR will not be able to duo queue.
Visible Rank duo restriction remains unchanged. GM players outside of CN and KR cannot duo queue. Master+ players in CN and KR cannot duo queue.
New Server: Middle East (ME)
Ahead of the Esports World Cup later this year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a new LoL server is launching. The Middle East server goes online on July 22, 2025. Eligible players can transfer servers from launch until June 22, 2025 for 1 Blue Essence.
