Mydei is a playable character as of the Honkai Star Rail version 3.1 update! Here are all of the Mydei Ascension and Trace materials you need for him.

Mydei Ascension Materials
The Fear-Stomped Flesh, Courage-Torn Chest, and Glory-Aspersed Torso drop from Titankin found all across Amphoreus. You shouldn’t have to go out of your way to farm them, but if you do, simply walk around the various enemy-infested areas.
Harbinger of Strife is a new Imaginary Ascension material added in HSR 3.1.
Locations - Where to farm Mydei Ascension Materials
Harbinger of Strife location
The Harbinger of Strife is the material you actually have to farm. Head over to the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Sloggyre in “Abyss of Fate” Janusopolis, Amphoreus to begin doing so.
During Mydei’s banner, the Temporary Early Access feature will activate to give you access to the farming node even if you do not have the area unlocked.
Alternatively, you can use the Omni-Synthesizer - Materials Exchange to acquire this material.
Using the Omni Synthesizer has a limit of 20 exchanges for the Harbinger of Strife per week. It requires two of a different Ascension material for one Harbinger of Strife.
Mydei Trace Materials

In most cases, you shouldn’t require this complete listunlessyou intend on maxing out all of his Traces.
The Borisin Teeth, Lupitoxin Sawteeth, and Moon Rage Fang can be farmed from the Crimson Calyx: Bud of Destruction in the Scalegorge Waterscape.
Get the Auspice Sliver material through the Echo of War: Inner Beast’s Battlefield in the Skysplitter on Xianzhou Luofu. You can challenge her a maximum of thrice a week, shared with other Echo of War nodes.
