Now, fans are getting an extended look atAtelier Ryza 2’s gameplay thanks to a Koei Tecmo live stream. The live stream was almost two hours long, featuring key figures involved withAtelier Ryza 2like Ryza’s voice actress, theAtelierseries character designer, and the producer of theAtelier Ryzaseries.

The live stream kicked off with a brief trailer, showcasing story details and brief snippets of gameplay. Then, Moe Iori, the official cosplayer for Ryza Stout, kicked off the stream with a panel of other guests. The panel held a basic Q&A, which eventually transitioned into a gameplay showcase around 50 minutes into the live stream. ThoughpreviousAtelier Ryza 2gameplay trailershave shown off the game’s various side activities, this gameplay look focused more on exploration and crafting.
Overall, the gameplay segment of the live stream is about 20 minutes long. While the entire segment is in Japanese, western fans can still get a good look atAtelier Ryza 2’s basic gameplay. Thankfully, it won’t be much longer before western players have their hands on the full release.Atelier Ryza 2launches on January 26in the west, with a December release date for those players in Japan. The game will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PS4 with a free digital upgrade to PS5 for players who plan on getting the console.
