PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 format and teams
PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 is PGL’s first CS2 event as part of their VRS circuit. A total of 16 teams will battle through a full best-of-three Swiss stage. Three wins mean qualification to the playoffs — three losses means elimination.
Matchups at the Swiss stage are determined by a team’s record. This means 0-1 teams will play other 0-1 teams, 1-0 teams will play other 1-0 teams, and so on. Once our final eight have been locked in, they’ll play a single-elimination playoff bracket into championship Sunday. The losers of the semifinals will play a third-place playoff.

Below are the teams invited to PGL Cluj-Napoca. All invites were issued based on VRS rankings.
