At one point, Square Enix Vice President andFinal Fantasy 7 Remakeproducer Yoshinori Kitase mentioned how his development team would regularly ask him about aFinal Fantasy 6remake. He notes that this project would be difficult, but acknowledges that many within Square Enix would like to see it happen.
