Were you playing off-meta? Check out our Marvel Rivals Season 1 first half hero stats to find out.
The developers have decided to share the hero pick and win rate for the first half of Marvel Rivals Season 1 right before it concludes. This season saw the rise of the triple support meta, and its wide success is obviously reflected in the statistics.

This half of Marvel Rivals Season 1 also had two new additions to the playable hero roster,Invisible WomanandMister Fantastic. While the latter’s effect in the meta has been almost negligible, Sue Storm’s strong ultimate meant that she slotted well into the Strategist meta.

Marvel Rivals Season 1 First Half: Pick rate and win rate in Quickplay (PC)
As said before, Invisible Woman came at just the right time. Coming in with her Malice skin, combined with the massive utility and healing output that she provides, made her an enticing new pickup.
The top six most-picked heroes are three Strategists and three Vanguards, reflecting the oppressiveGOATSteam composition that made its Marvel Rivals debut this season. Meanwhile, the most winning hero by far is Storm, sitting at a 58% win rate. She’s followed by Mantis at 55.65% win rate.

Marvel Rivals Season 1 First Half: Pick rate and win rate in Quickplay (Console)
The story for Quickplay (Console) is largely the same, except Rocket Raccoon drops a couple ranks in favor of Thor and Jeff the Land Shark in terms of pick rate. Console players prefer the friendly shark more compared to PC players, but his win rate takes a slight hit.
Storm and Mantis remain the heroes with the highest win rate, but the Storm’s is considerably lower and the gap between the two is not as big.

In Competitive, the pick rates of certain Strategists rise up. Cloak & Dagger top the charts with a whopping 27.59% pick rate, followed by Doctor Strange, then three Strategists in a row. After that, there’s a chain of three Vanguards before we get to our first Duelist of the list: Moon Knight.
On the other side of the charts, six duelists bottom out: Wolverine, Black Mister Fantastic, Black Panther, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, and Black Widow have all been picked up in less than 4% of games, with the latter having only 0.89% pick rate. Black Widow is also the lowest in the list in terms of win rate at 42.5%.

Again, no jarring differences between the platforms in terms of Competitive statistics of the heroes. Moon Knight is still the most popular Duelist, but there’s a lot less Punisher players on console compared to PC.
Black Widow still bottoms out the list, and she has an even more abysmal win rate on Competitive on Console at 37.54%.
