“We would like to introduce Miss Carmella Jean Nichols, who came into this world on 2/24/24 at 11:45PM,” the reality star wrote on Instagram.
“Let me just say we only got to the hospital at 11:30 PM, where I was fully dilated and didn’t have time for an epidural 😅 A few minutes later there she was. What an experience 😅♥️ She weighs 7 lbs 2 oz and was 20 inches long,” she added.
Nichols also commented on Carmella’s quick arrival in aposton his Instagram Story. Alongside a shirtless snap of himself cradling his daughter on his chest, he wrote, “Jenna was out of commission due to the shock of the natural birth. So I had to step up and give the little lady the skin to skin she so desperately needed.”
“Personally I just think all nurses wanted to see me with my shirt off,” he added jokingly.

In the photo, the couple’s son and daughter sat next to each other under balloons that read “1” and “2.”
In a post on his own Instagram, Nichols also shared acarousel of photos, including one picture in which he can be seen holding little Liliana. “Welcome Liliana Marie ♥️,” he wrote in the caption.
The longtime couple got engaged in 2019, with Nichols proposing at New York City’s Rockefeller Center Christmas tree in December.
