Totodile is returning to Pokémon GO with March’s Community Day Classic.
The next Pokémon GO Community Day Classic will feature Totodile. This will provide Pokémon GO Trainers a second chance to grab a Shiny Totodile, and get a Feraligatr with exclusive move, Hydro Cannon.
Totodile Community Day Classic takes place Saturday, March 22 from2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
Choosing Totodile for the next Pokémon GO Community Day Classic is a very popular choice. Feraligatr is an outstanding Pokémon for the Great League, ranked #8 in the normal form and then #5 in the Shadow Form. It is even better in the Ultra League, ranking #7 in and then #2 in the Feraligatr in the Shadow form.
You can use this Community Day Classic to find perfect PvP IV’s, get candy and get Hydro Cannon, a must have move for PvP.
This is a great chance to meet up with your friends and play some Pokémon GO.
Totodile Pokémon GO Community Day Classic bonuses
The following bonuses will be in effect for trainers during Totodile Community Day Classic in Pokémon GO.
There will also be a $1.99 Research Ticket, Showcases and special item-bundles in the Pokémon GO Store. This Research Ticket will grant you some encounters with Totodile with the special seasonal background.
Featured Community Day Classic Pokémon: Totodile
During the event times, Totodile will be appearing much more frequently in the wild. You’ll also have a increased chance of catching a Shiny Totodile.
There will also be a featured move for evolving Totodile. Any Croconaw evolved into Feraligatr during Totodile Pokémon GO Community Day Classic will learn Hydro Cannon, a Water-type move. If you have any Totodile already without this move, the only way they can learn this move is through an Elite TM.

This also applies to Shadow Feraligatr.
Totodile Community Day Classic: Pokémon GO Tips and Tricks
Totodile Pokémon GO Community Day sadly does not have any XP or Stardust bonuses. However, Totodile is a much desired Pokémon, making this Community Day Classic still worthwhile. If you do want some extra Stardust, using a Star Piece and hatching 10 or 12 km Eggs with the 1/4 Egg Hatch Distance can be profitable.
In addition, sadly we also don’t have any Candy bonuses for catching Pokémon during this event. Don’t fret, you can still get extra Candy, Candy XL and XP by using a Water-type Mega Level 3 Mega Pokémon.
