During Pokémon GO Wild Area, you may encounter Toxtricity through several different methods. One of the ways is in 4 Star Raid Battles. We don’t see a lot of 4 Star Raid Battles in the game, they are usually only for a few hours after a Pokémon GO Community Day.
Usually those 4 Star Raids are local only, however during Wild Area you will be able to join these Raids remotely. That will help you get the Trainers you need to take on Toxtricity.
There are two forms of Toxtricity, Amped and Low Key. Both forms have the same stats and typings, so you can use the same team and strategy no matter which form you are facing.

Toxtricity has a weakness to Psychic-type attacks and a double weakness to Ground-type attacks. It has a resistance to Bug, Electric, Fairy, Fighting, Flying, Grass, Poison and Steel-type attacks. That makes Ground-type Pokémon excellent choices for this Raid.
